The prefab timber building was manufactured and delivered to the customer's property in Norway, where Carling Bygg team completed construction installation, full exterior and interior finishing.
Thoughtful and modern planning can really be highlighted in this project. The roof of the warehouses was successfully used to expand the second floor apartment terrace area. All apartments are designed so that the entrance door is under the roof - on the first floor, the entrance door is located under the terrace of the second floor, while on the second floor, small sheds were built separately above the door, etc.
The project was implemented in cooperation with Hamnesvegen AS.
